New firearms, dogs and "behaviour detection" units are to be created in the city and also Manchester.

Travel could be disrupted by thick fog forming over much of the region, the Met Office is warning.
Kasar Jehangir, 25, is thought to have been travelling in an Audi with Mohammed Fasha, 30, and Tauqeer Hussain, 26, both of whom were named by their families yesterday.
