Some of the main stories on the Coventry Telegraph website today are:
Birmingham City, external says headlines created "are unfair" after it emerged the club was among 179 employers fined an undisclosed amount for failing to pay staff the National Minimum Wage.
Blues said it was named for failing to pay more than £5,600 to 563 casual workers under the National Minimum Wage Regulations, over a five-year period.
But it said "the real truth behind these alleged underpayments was that they were due to uniform deductions which were repaid in a subsequent pay period on the termination of casual workers’ contracts".
The club said: "It was a ridiculous situation in which we had to track down workers who had left to pay them minute amounts, such as 17p, into their bank accounts."
Wagamama was said to have failed to pay £133,212 to 2,630 workers, the most of any of the companies named.

Engineering firm GKN has reached an agreement to merge its automotive business with the US company Dana, in deal worth almost £4.5bn.
Today's announcement is part of a move to fend off a hostile takeover by the acquisitions specialist Melrose Industries.
Dana specialises in car part manufacturing and GKN said the Dana deal "provides significantly greater value" than Melrose's bid, which is subject to scrutiny by UK MPs and regulators.
GKN has sites in Birmingham, Leek and Telford and a headquarters in Redditch.
