Police in Crewe are checking CCTV with a view to making further arrests after fights broke out when the Alex played Port Vale yesterday.
Cheshire Police says a small number of arrests were made both inside and outside the Gresty Road ground, as well as at a pub on Nantwich Road, where a smoke bomb was let off.
More than 50 people have been handed £400 fines for fly-tipping.
Sandwell Council said its enforcement team issued seven fines last week, taking the total to 55 since May.
One person received two fines, for dumping rubbish in Dudley Road, Rowley Regis, and in Canalside Close, Wednesbury.
The other five fines were issued for the following incidents:

Friends of a "vulnerable" woman who died eight days after being severely injured in a fire are raising money to repatriate her body to the Malawian village from where she came.
Beatrice Zigowe, who was seeking asylum in the UK, was badly burnt and suffered smoke inhalation in the fire at her flat in Widdrington Road, Coventry, on 18 March. She died on 26 March.
A woman from the Malawian community in the UK started an online campaign, which has raised more than £3,000 to return Ms Zigowe's body to her country of birth.
Loraine Mponela, from Coventry Asylum Refugee Action Group (Carag), visited Ms Zigowe in hospital and said she had been sedated after being badly burned.
She said Ms Zigowe had family in Malawi and it was “culturally important” for her to be laid to rest back there.
Carag said Ms Zigowe was a “vulnerable adult” whose mobility had been affected by a stroke in 2004.
Tributes have been paid to Jack Crosby, the motorcyclist who died after he suffered serious head injuries in a collision with a car.
The bike ridden by Mr Crosby, 24, crashed on 1 April on Orme Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, at about 13:35.
Staffordshire Police said specialists officers were supporting his family.
Alex Jeffrey said on Facebook: "In absolute shock seeing this. One of the nicest lads I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Rest In Peace."
Connor Deans added: "Can’t actually get my head around this. Such a top lad - Jack Crosby you will be missed."

The total number of former Carillion workers who have lost their jobs has climbed to 1,802 after another 97 were told they were out of work.
The Official Receiver says that more than half - 54% - of the pre-collapse workforce have been found jobs, with a further 873 people transferring to new suppliers this week.
That brings the total to 9,946 jobs saved.
There remain 5,400 people still working for the collapsed Wolverhampton firm.
A police force probably wasn't smiling after its mock-up of a suspect attracted widespread derision.

The incident happened in Stratford-upon-Avon between 14:00 and 14.36 on 5 February. Police said two men claiming to be from Orbit Housing tricked their way into a flat in Hertford Place, with one distracting the occupant - a woman in her 40s - while the other searched the property.
They left with a quantity of cash.

The building, in Wolverhampton, which was refurbished in 2015, has more than 37,000 square feet of office space over six floors, as well as a car park.
Midlands property agents Bulleys and JLL will market the former head office, which is currently occupied by Carillion and its liquidators PwC.
The building is being sold by an unnamed private investor.

Staffordshire Police says the incident has "concluded peacefully without any danger to the public".
A 51-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of bypassing the electricity system at his home.
The force says a road closed during the incident has since re-opened.
