Parts of Staffordshire and Warwickshire are covered by a yellow warning for ice and snow until the end of Wednesday.
Yellow warnings signify there could be travel disruption and a slight chance of power cuts or communities being cut off.
Some bus routes are being affected across Birmingham, Coventry and Rugby.

The West Midlands has the highest rate of coronavirus cases for any region of England, but numbers are continuing to fall.
In the seven days to 3 February cases stood at 285.8 per 100,000 people - down from 352 one week earlier.
It's the lowest rate recorded for the West Midlands since 26 December.
Figures show all local areas - except Tamworth - are showing a drop in rates.
Two of the three highest rates in England are in the West Midlands - Walsall has the second highest rate (449.1) and Sandwell has the third highest (447.9).
Corby in the East Midlands currently has the highest rate (468).

Heavy snow is expected to cause travel delays from Saturday through to the end of Monday in Staffordshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands conurbation.
Parts of the region face lows of -2C (28F) by Tuesday morning, while a strong easterly wind will make it feel many degrees below freezing, according to Met Office forecaster Steven Keates.
He said it will be "really unpleasant" to be outdoors, adding: "If you do have to go outside there are lots of layers required I think."
