The most harrowing story I've heard concerned a young woman who had a drug user jump into her car outside her house and refuse to get out. My constituent's four-year-old daughter was in the car. She was forced to leap out in terror and is now terrified. The same individual later forced entry into somebody else's house on that street and assaulted them. This is the reality of what we are dealing with."
