Wasps are to build a new training centre in Henley-in-Arden.
The club, which hasn't had a training base of its own since moving to the area in 2014 has agreed to buy a site on Stratford Road off the Warwickshire College Group.
Wasps will submit planning applications soon, but hope to have the centre open for the start of the 2020-21 season.
They want the training centre to have two grass pitches, an all-weather surface, "skills area" and gym and it will be used by both the first team and the academy.
Wasps’ first-team and academy currently train at Broadstreet Rugby Club.
Quote MessageIt is important to have long-term stability around our training base location and owning our own centre will bring a number of advantages to the club.”

However, the local authority says it wants a legal guarantee it'll be passed to the residents.
Your Housing Group said it was committed "to maintaining a sense of community for our residents" and has previously pledged to rebuild apartments on the old site.

Coventry dropped to ninth after last night's results and Robins said: "You knew they were going to be a big threat. They've got players throughout who've done it at higher levels."

Wolverhampton's refurbished Civic Hall will probably be run by a private operator when it reopens in the autumn of 2021.
Proposals going before city councillors suggest an external firm will be best placed to attract big names to the venue, which is having a £38.1m overhaul.
Labour leader Ian Brookfield said the authority would retain the ownership of the building, but external expertise would allow it to create a "world-class entertainment centre".
The 81-year-old building, which also includes the adjoining Wulfrun Hall, will have a combined standing capacity of more than 4,500.
