The giant Knife Angel sculpture will be returning to Shropshire in the spring, to go on display in Telford.
The 27-foot-tall statue was made at the British Ironworks Centre near Oswestry, with the aim of raising awareness of knife crime and is made up of more than 100,000 knives that were handed in to police stations.
Telford and Wrekin Council said it will stand in the Southwater area in March next year and it is planning workshops for school children and other groups, teaching them about knife crime.
