    Football fans will find out this evening if their club could be involved in a giant-killing when the FA Cup third round draw is made.

    It'll be on BBC Two from 19:00-19:30 and will see Premier League and Championship clubs entering at this stage.

    There are five non-league clubs in the draw including Solihull Moors who entertain League One Rotherham United tonight.

    The third round ties take place 3-6 January.

    People affected by a burst water main near Ludlow should have their supplies back by now, Severn Trent Water has said, but repairs could last all week.

    A three-foot (91cm) fountain of water was seen coming out of the A4117 near the Nelson pub at Rock Green this morning.

    The water company has requested the road is fully closed to protect its workers.

    A man's died after he was involved in a crash with another car this morning.

    It happened on the A44 in Broadway, near Evesham, Worcestershire, West Mercia Police said., external

    The man, aged in his 40s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries but later died.

    The other driver suffered minor injuries.

    A village's Christmas lights have been stolen by thieves just a day after they were turned on.

    The display in Sheriffhales, near Telford, is paid for through community donations and was placed on the village green.

    After a similar theft in 2013, organisers said they had chained the items up, but on Saturday night thieves came "prepared with bolt cutters".

    Seven illuminated reindeer and strings of fairy lights were stolen. Villagers have launched a crowdfunding page to try and raise £650 to replace them.

    A teenager's been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed several times at a house in Stoke-on-Trent.

    The victim was attacked at the building on Keelings Drive yesterday morning, Staffordshire Police said, and is still in hospital.

    The 17-year-old suspect who was arrested is from the city and is still in custody.

    A teenager has denied killing a man in a Rugby stabbing.

    The 17-year-old, from the town, appeared at Warwick Crown Court earlier and entered a plea of not guilty.

    Cain Jackson, 24, died at the scene of the stabbing on Meadow Road on 31 October.

    The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been remanded in custody with a trial set for 20 April 2020.

    Some good news this afternoon, the owner of a dog that was inside a car when it was stolen today in Uttoxeter has been reunited with her pet.

    The Audi was stolen on Wood Lane at about 08:00, according to Staffordshire Police, with the white West Highland Terrier in a cage in the boot.

    This afternoon, officers tweeted to say, external the dog's now been reunited with its owner. They haven't said if the car's been recovered.

    Hot on the heels of Black Friday, it is Cyber Monday and these two marketing days may have seen many people buy new white goods - including fridges.

    But they are tricky items to get rid of as, by law, they must be disposed of by an approved contractor.

    BBC Business visited one of them, the AO Recycling plant in Telford which receives 700,000 fridges every year - almost a quarter of the UK's total.

    They come from AO.com's own customers but also other retailers and councils and can either end up being recycled or, in most cases, turned into shreds.

    Village shop staff have been threatened with what's believed to have been a gun in a robbery, police have said.

    A woman went into the Co-op on Shrewsbury Road, Bomere Heath, near Shrewsbury, on Saturday evening, West Mercia Police added. , external

    She threatened staff with the gun although officers aren't sure if it was real.

    No-one was hurt and she ran off with cash.

    A man has been ordered to pay more than £1m for handling stolen vehicles and keys.

    Chirag Patel, 40, of Firth Road, Croydon was last year sentenced to eight years in prison for conspiracy to handle stolen goods after 19 vehicles with an estimated value of £728,000 were found.

    Nine sets of car keys stolen from Jaguar Land Rover's plant in Solihull were also discovered.

    Patel has been given a 10-year default prison sentence if he does not repay the money owed.

    Colleen Moore who taught the 23-year-old from Stratford-upon-Avon at Anglia Ruskin University said: "She would have wanted us to be compassionate.

    "She would have wanted us to think about all the victims and their families – their loved ones - the people that were involved on that day that saw things they should never have to see.

    "She would want us to find some good and build on that from this."

    A book of condolences has been placed in Holy Trinity Church, Stratford-upon-Avon, for Saskia Jones, killed in Friday's London Bridge attack.

    Earlier, dozens of people gathered at the church to observe a minute's silence followed by prayers.

    A group of Saskia's friends were among visitors to the church this morning.

    Rev Patrick Taylor said: "We wanted to give local people the opportunity to come and to remember her."

    He said her friends "were still in shock" and said the news "hadn't really sunk in".

    "They said Saskia was due to come back from London this evening and they'd had plans to meet up together, and they just stood there saying 'that's not going to happen is it?'

    "It will probably hit them in days to come", he added.

    The Central Motorway Police Group added it also turned out the driver had no licence, no insurance or tax, so their vehicle was seized.
