  2. Investigation into train driver's death

    An investigation is underway after a train driver died in a 'serious incident' at a Birmingham depot.

    Tyseley train depot

    The Rail Accident Investigation Branch is examining how the driver died at the site in Tyseley at about 20:30 GMT on Saturday.

    West Midlands Trains says no members of the public were involved.

  4. Broken down vehicle leads to M6 delays

    There's queuing traffic on the M6 near Stafford on both the north and southbound carriageways.

    A lane is blocked due to a broken vehicle and traffic is stretching back four miles.
