    An investigation is underway after a train driver died in a 'serious incident' at a Birmingham depot.

    The Rail Accident Investigation Branch is examining how the driver died at the site in Tyseley at about 20:30 GMT on Saturday.

    West Midlands Trains says no members of the public were involved.
