A 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of murder and a 33-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident on Tachbrook Road in the town - all remain in police custody.
The arrested 18-year-old is in hospital in a stable condition with injuries not thought to be life-threatening, said Warwickshire Police.

People living near a blaze at a factory have had a "dire" time with more than three days of smoke and ash, their local council's said.
Crews were called to the Kronospan panelling factory in Chirk, near Oswestry, on Monday where a fire started in an "isolated" log wall.
The company confirmed no-one was hurt in the blaze and said it's optimistic the smoke will "reduce and disappear over the next few days".
Brian Colley, the chairman of Chirk Town Council told BBC Shropshire the north of the town had been badly affected.
"You're talking about 70 hours of heavy, acrid smoke and residents reporting ash on their cars and homes," he added.

A man's died at Muller's UK headquarters in Shropshire, the firm has confirmed.
The company said it involved a contractor who was carrying out maintenance on a service lift on Tuesday.
Ambulance crews were called, but said the man was confirmed dead at the scene.
The Health and Safety Executive said it was now working with police and Muller said it was fully co-operating with the investigation.

It's been three-and-a-half years since a wall collapsed at a scrapyard in Birmingham and caused the deaths of five men and their families have told the BBC they are still waiting for "justice".

A 17-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murder, after a teenager was fatally stabbed in Leamington Spa yesterday.
A boy, also aged 17, died at the scene on Tachbrook Road in the town, police said.
A second victim, aged 18, remains in hospital in a stable condition.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, said Warwickshire Police.
Officers are still searching for another man in connection with the incident, who was last seen on Emscote Road and believed to have sustained a leg injury.
A 33-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident remains in police custody.
A man's died several days after his car was in collision with two others at a crossroads.

Shropshire Council believes a cellar discovered during road works in Shrewsbury may not be as old as first thought.
It was found under the corner of Murivance and St John's Hill, and it was believed that one of the walls was part of a medieval gate tower. But the cellar itself is 18th Century.
The council plans to fill it with concrete, but some local people have asked for it to be saved.
They say the wall could be shuttered off, or suggested someone could buy it and pay for the necessary engineering works themselves.

Stationery and toy retailer The Works has said its chief executive Kevin Keaney will be stepping down.
His departure follows two profit warnings from the Coleshill-based firm in 2019.
In a separate announcement, The Works said like-for-like sales fell 3.6% in the first half of the year, in part after the decline of sales of squishy toys.
