Caravan owners at a holiday park have said the new lockdown measures in England have put them at risk of becoming homeless.
The Coppice Leisure Park, near Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, has told its residents, some of whom live there most of the year, they must leave so the site can be closed.
They said all customers were required to have another permanent address, but some said they had nowhere else to go.
Dorothy Fletcher told the BBC she bought a lodge at the site for £120,000 in July.
"When we bought this cabin we were told by the manager that we could use it as and when we wanted and there was no contract signed, it was just a verbal agreement," she said.
The managing director of Hillandale Caravan Parks, Denis Lloyd Jones, said it had no choice but to close.
"Our holiday homes are just that, holiday homes and customers are unable to live in them and they are well aware of that and they are well aware of our park rules," he said.
Sixteen of the people at the park have been told they can stay but the rest have been told they must leave.

A steering wheel used by Formula One legend Ayrton Senna and gifted to a Staffordshire man for his work with the Lotus team has sold for more than £5,000 at auction.
The wheel, dating back to 1987, was given to 68-year-old Bob Preece, from Cannock, who worked in F1 for more than 20 years from the mid-1980s.
The lot bears the inscription "Presented to Bob Preece for his help and co-operation in helping his friends at Team Lotus - Senna Imola 87".
Rik Alexander from Derbyshire-based Hansons auction house, said Senna, who died at Imola in 1994, was the driver "that everybody remembers, he's the one that is that icon of Formula One".
The Brazilian died aged 34 during the San Marino Grand Prix, where Mr Preece was given the steering wheel seven years earlier, Mr Alexander said.
