A 23-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, who was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis was later released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Twelve years later, he was put back on the list for another liver transplant at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, and his family, from Ross-on-Wye, were able to stay in Fisher House while he received his treatment.
"Fisher House meant that they had nothing to worry about in terms of expensive hotel bills, or long commutes from Herefordshire to Birmingham," said Mr Osborne, who now teaches business studies at Hereford Sixth Form College.

Emergency services were called to Standersfoot Place, Chell Heath, at 20:25 GMT on Monday.
Staffordshire Police said a man, woman and three boys were all conveyed to hospital for checks.
The fire was extinguished by 03:20 said Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, and an investigation is underway.
Enhanced testing is set to begin in the Pleck area of Walsall after a case of the South Africa coronavirus variant was found in the area.
It's the second case of the virus variant to be found in the town, but Walsall Council said they were not linked.
The first was in the WS2 postcode area and the council said enhanced testing there has now been completed. They did not find any other confirmed cases of the variant.
The local authority will be going door-to-door in the Pleck area to provide home-testing kits from today.

No more community cases of the South African variant of coronavirus have been found in Birmingham, the council has said.
Enhanced testing started in the Frankley Park and South Northfield areas two weeks ago after two cases were found.
At the time, health officials said the cases were from a family living in neighbouring homes and were not linked to international travel.
After carrying out enhanced testing at drive-through sites and mobile testing units, Birmingham City Council has now confirmed no further cases of the variant has been found in the city.
The Atherstone Ball game has had to be cancelled for the first time in its 821-year history, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"Myself and the committee are devastated," chairman Rob Bernard said. "Along with the spectators and the players.
"But we're in the middle of a pandemic, there's not much more we can do."
Shrove Tuesday normally sees shops in the Warwickshire town boarded up before the game of "football" where hundreds of men and boys compete for ownership of a heavy, leather ball in the street.
"Hopefully this time next year it will all be over and we can get back on with our tradition," Mr Bernard said.
