Her classes were for mothers and babies but since lockdown she has started running "Sweaty Family" for all ages.

She has also been looking after her three children, aged one, two and six.

"For me I had to adapt my classes online and my timetable to fit in between homeschooling," she said.

It has been "madness" she said, but the classes have been beneficial for families and helping keep kids active.

Richarlison scored the only goal midway through the second half, after the Baggies had missed several good chances, and when they did find the net near the end, Mbaye Diagne was ruled to be offside.

But Allardyce felt that Albion should have been given a penalty in the opening moments of the game, after Diagne was challenged by Mason Holgate.

    Quote Message

(He) never played the ball, made contact with his leg. I've seen hundreds of them given in my time watching the telly, watching live games week after week when I've not been a manager and I've seen so many penalties that are a lot less contact than that one and so I don't know why that wasn't given."
