Last night a network of more than 1,000 beacons were lit across the country to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday.

It's only the second time they've been elected in this way. But turnout in 2012 was very low - just under 20% in Avon and Somerset.

It's a sad day for Bristol as the city prepares to say goodbye to DJ Derek.
Derek Serpell-Morris went missing in July 2015 aged 73. It sparked a high-profile campaign to try to find him.
His remains were discovered in undergrowth close to The Mall, Cribbs Causeway, in March.
