SSE, external says households should have their supply switched back on later this afternoon.
More than 800 homes were affected but the energy provider says just under half remain without electricity.
The power cut is down to a damaged overhead line.
A spokesman for moneyexpert.com says he would want his "own carriage" and entertainment "from someone royal" if he forked out £10,000 for a 30-minute train ride between Taunton and Trowbridge.
The £156-per-mile ticket was apparently advertised by Great Western Railway, from 22 May through to 14 July.
Martin Lewis says "these types of mistakes are very common" when using automated services or buying online.
"I'd want a troop of dancing men and women to come along and entertain me, I'd want my feet massaged and probably a hair transplant," he said.
He also advised that "if it doesn't look sensible, stay well clear of it".

Sam Mercer survived with "determination, bloody-mindedness and a very large slice of Lady Luck"
A war veteran who fought at the Battle of the Imjin River has donated a book about the Korean War to the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum.
Sam Mercer was wounded in the epic stand of April 1951, in which many of his comrades died.
When he returned home to Gloucestershire, he was presented with the book, which lists those killed and imprisoned during the Korean War.
It was blessed at Gloucester Cathedral before being handed to the museum.
The book has been donated to a museum by a survivor of one of the war's best known battles.

Image source, Avon and Somerset ConstabularyPolice have released CCTV images showing the last confirmed sighting of missing Bristol woman Anna Lewis.
Officers have now established that 27-year-old Anna, who lives in Fishponds, was last seen leaving Southmead Hospital at 12.15pm on Thursday 13 April.
Anna, a trainee nurse studying at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), was working at the hospital on placement.
"Her disappearance is out of character and we’re growing concerned for her welfare," says a Police spokesman.

Image source, MODGraffiti written by World War One soldiers on tunnels under Salisbury Plain has been found by archaeologists.
The network of tunnels were used to train WW1 servicemen to fight in the trenches in France and Belgium.
More than 100 inscriptions, written between 1915 and 1918, by soldiers have been uncovered at the site in Larkhill in Wiltshire.
The Ministry of Defence is building new homes on the land for service personnel returning to the UK from Germany in 2019.

It's the idea of the Keynsham Action Network, who want people to be nicer to each other in everyday life.
As part of the Kindness Day, children at a local primary school have recorded a "kindness song" and three yellow "kindness sofas" will tour the town, encouraging people to sit down and talk to each other.

Image source, GoogleAn emergency meeting is due to take place tonight, behind closed doors, to discuss Gloucestershire Airport's financial situation.
The airport at Staverton, between Gloucester and Cheltenham, is part-owned by Gloucester City Council and Cheltenham Borough Council.
It's believed the airport could ask councillors for a loan of up to £750,000.
In a statement, Gloucestershire Airport said it's "considering a number of options to help deliver its business plan".
"One of these has been a request to its shareholders for a loan that will be used to help grow the business even further".
So for your £10,000 what do you get?
Oh and we think you'd have to go on one of these from Temple Meads too....

The purpose-built base in Semington, near Melksham, will bring together the air ambulance helicopter, aircrew and charity team on to one site for the first time.
Locating it in Semington will mean the air ambulance can reach all parts of Wiltshire within 11 minutes.

Taxi drivers are protesting about changes to licensing regulations. They are circling the station without picking up passengers.

Image source, Gazzard familyThe father of murdered hairdresser, Hollie Gazzard, says he hopes a new service will help raise the awareness of what stalking is because it is "very, very misunderstood and under reported".
The Gloucestershire Stalking Support Service has been set up by the Hollie Gazzard Trust, with support from Gloucestershire Police.
Nick Gazzard said the trust will work with the police to get a more "robust and effective response" to stalking in the county.
He added his daughter's killer had "stalking her from the outset" and had become "fixated and obsessed" by her."
