The tanker with the water is being reversed in at the moment.
There are around 20 people in the queue for water with containers of all shapes and sizes.
Confused customers of Bristol Water have taken to social media to try to locate alternative supplies sent out after a major burst water main.
Some 35,000 homes in Keynsham, Longwell Green, Whitchurch, Hanham and Stockwood have been without water since around midnight after the burst, in Willsbridge.
Bristol City Council say the most vulnerable customers will be looked after first.
Meanwhile, bowsers have been sent to various sites. Our reporter says one is being set up right now at Ashton Way car park.

There's still definitely no bowser at Waitrose in Keynsham.
I spoke to a member of staff and they were told that it was due at 9am. There's been quite a stream of people coming out of the shop with bottled water.
Nobody seems to be panic buying and walking out with trolley-fulls of water at the moment.
Bristol Water says it's aware that some customers in Stockwood, Whitchurch and Brislington still don’t have their water supply back on, following a burst water main.
The company said its teams were working on it and thanked customers for their patience.
Meanwhile, there have been reports of people panic buying water.

Bristol Water is sending three bowsers to Keynsham, following a burst main on the outskirts of Bristol.
Customers have been told to take containers and bottles to Waitrose, Ashton Way and Manor Road Playing Field.
But as yet the bowsers have not arrived. The company said they are "en-route".

Bristol Water have been trying to isolate a burst water main in the Willsbridge area that has left 35,000 homes in Whitchurch, Stockwood, Waillsbridge, Hanham, Longwell Green and Keynsham without water.
Our reporter has sent these pictures of the scene of the leak.
Bristol Water says customers in Stockwood, Whitchurch and Brislington "should have their water supply back now".
It follows a burst main on the outskirts of Bristol which left tens of thousands of homes without water supplies.
The company, external said it is "still working on the situation" for other areas affected.
Bristol Water says it is delivering three water bowsers for "those who need water" following a burst water main.
Customers are being asked to bring their own containers and bottles.

Bristol Water has had to re-route one of the bowsers it's sending to customers, following a burst main in the Willsbridge area.
The company tweeted it has had to send a bowser to a car park on Ashton Way because of "size limitations" at a Tesco car park.

Our reporter at the Tesco car park in Keynsham has spoken to a disabled man who is trying to find the Bristol Water bowser to get water for himself and several elderly friends.
"I woke up this morning and there was no water," he said. "I've driven all the way from Longwell Green to get some water. But there's nothing here. I'm going to have to go and look for some elsewhere."
Bristol Water are sending bowsers out into communities after 35,000 homes have been left without water supplies: a major water main burst shortly before midnight in the Willsbridge area.
Many local schools are also closed due to the lack of water this morning.

Bristol Water says its teams are "working as fast as they can to get the water supply back" following a burst water main in the Willsbridge area.
Tens of thousands of customers are currently without water including Ryan, who lives in Hanham with his new born baby.
"I've got a 10 week old child, so I got up to go to the toilet and wash my hands and there's no water pressure and no water," he said.
"So obviously then I looked at Bristol Water website and called Bristol Water but unfortunately due to high call volumes the calls are just going unanswered or just going dead."
