The family of a teenager who died as a result of a crash in Leamington at the weekend has described him as a "fun-loving, outgoing boy with a passion for music", external.
Kieran Long, 15, of Landor Road, Whitnash died in hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning, following the crash on Old Warwick Road on Saturday night.

The government has announced extra funding for Warwickshire County Council., external
The county council will receive just under an extra £6m in funding - half for this coming year's budget and the same amount again in 2017-18.
In a statement, the local authority says it follows a disappointing provisional financial settlement from the government.

Police investigating a crash at Shuckburgh , externalthis morning in which two men were injured are appealing for witnesses.
The collision happened at about 06:50 and involved a Renault Laguna and Alfa Romeo Mito.

More than 15,000 "dangerous" teeth-whitening products have been seized by Warwickshire trading standards officers.
Some intercepted items contained more than 33% hydrogen peroxide, Warwickshire County Council said.

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has defended the proposed new contracts at the centre of the dispute with junior doctors as "a good deal... a fair deal".
The key sticking point appears to be payments for working on Saturdays.
The British Medical Association wants the whole day to attract an unsociable hours premium, but ministers say the hours between 07:00 and 17:00 should be paid at the basic rate.
The government says it wants to improve staffing at the weekend, although some junior doctors have said patient care would suffer.

Coventry City Council has disputed claims by a trade union that a union convenor was suspended for organising a protest.
Almost 90 refuse collecting staff from Coventry's Whitley Depot were involved in an unofficial strike on Tuesday that affected tens of thousands of residents, the local authority said.
A Unite union representative said workers had walked out in support of a suspended colleague and that it could still ballot members over official industrial action.
Councillor Rachel Lancaster said the worker in question had not been suspended for organising a protest, but would not comment further while an investigation was taking place.

A junior doctor in Coventry says if the government wants doctors to be able to provide the best level of care that patients deserve then they should be given proper hours to work and paid appropriately.
Dr Muzim Moyes says he is "disappointed that it's come to this", suggesting "no doctor wants to strike".
The comments come on the second 24-hour strike staged by junior doctors across England. Some 230 appointments and operations are thought to have been cancelled in Coventry and Warwickshire.
The government has said the new contracts would improve patient care and ensure a genuinely seven-day-a-week NHS.

The idea has been criticised by many of the big name retailers in the town's Ropewalk Shopping Centre, who say it will put people off from visiting.

People whose bins weren't emptied in the Stoke and Binley areas of Coventry yesterday will now have to wait until next week, the city council says.
Bin crews are working as normal in Coventry today following an unofficial strike over the suspension of a colleague.
