About to have your lunch? Look away now.
Student vets have won a cake competition with this unusual creation.
It's a gory representation of a dog's heart infected by a parasite and it's meant to make you think about getting your pets wormed.
Last year the competition at the University of Nottingham's Sutton Bonington campus was won by a similarly unappetising cake inspired by a canine infection of the uterus.
However, there were more appealing entries, worthy of Bake Off's showstoppers category, included a tribute to Sir David Attenborough's Blue Planet and Pixar fishes, Nemo and Dory.
The contest held yesterday raised £880 for Vets In The Community and the Terence Higgins Trust.

A football supporter has said he would be "very surprised" if lots of England fans decided not to go to this summer's World Cup in Russia.
Some MPs have called on England to boycott the event, amid escalating tension between the two countries following the poisoning of a former Russian spy.
Garford Beck, a lifelong Derby County fan who also follows the national team around the world, said: "I don't think many will decide not to go.
"Most people's plans are at an advanced stage, most of us have been booking flights since the draw was made in December.
"You know, it [the poisoning] may influence one or two people... but I would be very surprised if many people decide on that course of action."

Some of the team who designed the original Tomb Raider game series are in Derby tonight ahead of the screening of the new film.
The character was created by games development company Core which was based in Ashbourne Road, Derby.
Heather Stevens was involved in its development, she said she could tell the game was going to be "special" while it was being created, but had no idea it would turn into the franchise that it has done.
She added: "As a games designer you're happy to be involved in a number one game..it broke the mould in terms of the extras you would find in a game."
The developers will be answering questions at the Quad before the film - which was released this week - is show.
