  7. Stags and Lincoln battle to a drawpublished at 08:17 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2019

    BBC Sport

Mansfield Town took a point yesterday when they welcomed League Two leaders Lincoln City to Field Mill.

John Akinde's second-half penalty gave the visitors a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw after Krystian Pearce had headed the Stags ahead from a corner in the opening minutes.

Stags keeper Conrad Logan clumsily fouled Anderson in the box to give away the penalty that Akinde calmly scored.

The point was enough to move Mansfield back above MK Dons, into the third and final automatic promotion place.
