    • In Devon, The Parade in Exmouth is closed in both directions between The Strand and Exeter Road due to a building fire. Surrounding roads are also affected 
    • The road between Bratton Fleming and Chelfam is partially blocked due to a fallen tree, reports say 
    • In Cornwall, a broken down train at Camborne is causing delays of up to 60 minutes to trains between Penzance and Truro. This is expected to continue until 09:00. Great Western Railways said, external passengers may use local buses and CrossCountry services "on all reasonable routes".

    People suffering regular sewage pollution in their gardens in Dawlish are furious because they claim Teignbridge District Council has been sitting on £150,000 of cash intended for sewer repairs for the last two years.

    The money was given by developers as part of planning permission requirements. 

    The council told the BBC the final installment of the money only arrived in March and it would continue to work with South West Water to improve the sewers.

    Firefighters are battling a blaze at a tanning salon in Exmouth this morning. 

    The Parade has been closed off in both directions, as six appliances attend the fire at the Consol Sun Centre.
