A large fire which closed off part of Exeter city centre was probably caused by an electrical fault, investigators have told the BBC.

The blaze, in the Richer Sounds store, broke out in July this year.

Crews from across Devon and Somerset were called to tackle the fire. It was so intense that investigators said finding the cause had been difficult.
