    The fire service is still in charge of the scene at Cathedral Green.

    A huge fire destroyed several buildings on Friday, including the Royal Clarence Hotel. 

    Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said it still can't confirm the fire is out. 

    An aerial platform and three fire engines will remain on site today.

    Teams are still continuing to finalise and formulate the full demotion plan of the hotel.

    The Cornwall Air Ambulance has a new piece of equipment to help save lives in the county. 

    Donations have allowed the charity to buy a £10,000 ultrasound monitor that gives medics a "window into a patient's body".

    The charity says it flies more than 700 lifesaving missions each year throughout Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

    Emergency services were called to reports of a blaze in King Street on Monday afternoon.

    A seriously injured man was found at the scene. He has since died. 

    The death is not being treated as suspicious.

    Demolition work will start later on what remains of the Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter following the huge fire at the weekend.

    The hotel's owners say they have every intention of rebuilding the Clarence. It's not yet clear how long demolition work will take and cordons will be in place to allow the work to progress safely. 

    A high reach excavator - which weighs 70 tonnes - is being moved toward the site.
