    The owner of Drake Circus in Plymouth has bought a nearby £67m slice of the city centre. 

    British Land has announced it has bought the site in New George Street and Royal Parade which houses Debenhams, House of Fraser and Tesco.

    Redruth-born television personality Rory McGrath has been charged with stalking.

    Mr McGrath, 60, of Grantchester Street, Cambridge, is accused of stalking a woman for more than a year. He appeared before magistrates in Huntingdon on Tuesday and denied the charge.

    Court papers stated he sent the unnamed woman electronic communications, followed her and approached her. Mr McGrath is next expected to appear in court on 23 January.

    St Joseph's School in Launceston will reopen today as usual following a chemical spill. 

    Three fire crews, paramedics and a hazchem team were called to the private school yesterday afternoon following the spill in the school laboratory. 

    A specialist company disposed of the chemical.

    The Saint Christophe 1 took refuge in Dart Harbour in March, but began to sink hours later. 

    A Marine Accident Investigation Branch report said harbour staff were unable to tell the vessel's skipper that the boat would ground as the tide went out. 

    Dart Harbour said it accepts the report's findings and is acting on its recommendations.

    A 15-year-old boy who left a note saying he was "bored" of his life before he went missing two months ago has been found safe 10 miles from home.

    Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed Arthur Heeler-Frood from Axminster, Devon, was found "safe and well". 

    He was found at Honiton train station after police were alerted by a member of the public shortly after 16:30 on Tuesday. Arthur is now being reunited with his family, the force said.
