The NHS 111 service for Cornwall has improved according to the health watchdog - the CQC.

    The NHS 111 service

In March, the service, which deals with non emergency medical calls, was given a warning notice and told it needed to take action on things like making sure enough suitably qualified staff were on duty.

Paul Tattam, from the CQC, said: "Following our first inspection, the service has now got a clear vision around improvements that they need to make."
