Well, you'd be wrong because at number three is Callington!

Callington - headquarters of pasty giant Ginsters to the uninitiated - is better even than Salcombe and Padstow according to the survey by Rightmove.

Devon and Cornwall Police sources told the BBC they have produced a file running to hundreds of pages in response to 95 questions from the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

It includes details of the force’s restraint techniques and practices, and staff training.

Jan Kingshott, Michael Marsden, Simon Tansley

The file “presents a robust defence” of the force, we’ve been told.

Custody sergeant Jan Kingshott, 44, and civilian detention officers Michael Marsden, 55, and Simon Tansley, 38, are accused of killing Mr Orchard. They each deny two charges of manslaughter.
