Devon and Cornwall Police says it will investigate after it was approached in relation to allegations of child sexual abuse in football.
The force says "following ongoing and widespread publicity surrounding allegations of child sexual abuse within football, many forces across the country have received reports of allegations and information on this matter".
It's urging victims of any form of abuse to get in touch.
Det Insp Andrea Kingdon, from the Public Protection Unit, said victims "will be believed".
Four vehicles have collided on the A30 Eastbound at Chybucca.
Crews from Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene at 17:10.
They say firefighters are making the vehicles safe, administering first aid and assisting the police.

Ms Johnson said: "Two selfless families donated their loved one’s organs at a time which would have been extremely hard for them.
"The two lung transplants Kirstie received enabled her to do things that people take for granted and gave her five more precious years with her family.
"Unfortunately, some patients will never get the transplant they need as a shortage of donors mean many people die before they can receive a life-saving transplant."
She urged people to join the NHS Organ Donor Register online, external or by ringing 0300 123 23 23.
A mainly dry but cloudier night will follow but with some clear spells at times.

Criminals who committed serious offences decades ago are being warned they haven't escaped justice, after seven historical cases in Devon and Cornwall were solved using advances in science.
The crimes solved include rape and the serious sexual assault of girls as young as 11. They date back as far as 1983.
Advances in science mean DNA profiles can now be isolated from smaller or lower quality samples of evidence.

Transplant campaigner Kirstie Tancock who had two double lung transplants has died.
The 27-year-old was born with cystic fibrosis, but became a personal trainer, and fitness pole dancing, aerial hoop and silks instructor.
Her family thanked the two donors who "gave her the extra five amazing years with us".

Devon and Cornwall Police says it has been approached in relation to allegations of child sexual abuse in football as hundreds of reports are investigated across the country.
Det Insp Andrea Kingdon said: "We would like to reassure any victim of any form of abuse that if you find the courage to come forward to us, that you will be believed and you will supported.
"Do not suffer the burden of abuse in silence."

A spokesman said: "Areas of fog, which have not cleared in some areas during Thursday, will become thicker and more extensive this evening.

A man accused of killing David Alderson,72, at a disused Cornish mine in 2014 has been telling Truro Crown Court he saw another man do it.
Kevin Cooper of Poldory Way, Carharrack told the jury he saw co-defendant Trewen Kevern, of Tresillian Road, Falmouth hit Mr Alderson over the back of the head with a large spanner.
He said Mr Kevern then drowned him by putting his foot on the back of Mr Alderson's head while his face was in a pond.

Mr Cooper said he didn't intervene because "I know what sort of a temper he's got and he had a spanner of that size in his hands".
Both men deny the murder. The retrial continues.
Organisers have defended the use of reindeers in a Christmas procession in Truro last night.
The animal rights campaign group Peta says reindeer shouldn't be used as props for Christmas festivities.
Andy Probert was supervising the event last night: "These reindeer are part of the only free ranging herd in the UK. They live in their natural habitat.
"They are very used to seeing people - they associate us with food. and as you can see from the reindeer that's stood behind me, they are so relaxed."

A 16-year-old girl reported missing in south east Cornwall yesterday has been found safe and well on Dartmoor.
The Looe lifeboat was scrambled yesterday afternoon in the hunt for the teenager but was stood down at 17:00.
Search and rescue teams worked with Devon and Cornwall Police to find the girl.
