There will be a risk of some icy patches to start. It will then be a generally dry day with most places seeing sunny spells.
However, it'll be cloudier than Monday, with the cloud increasing through the day, possibly thick enough for the odd spot of rain later. Maximum temperature: 8C (46F).

Stargazers had their heads turned by the sight of the bright moon and the planet Venus on Monday night.
Clear skies gave people across the UK a great view of the planet sitting below a crescent moon. Keen snappers got their cameras out to record the moment and took to social media to share the images.

A man from Torquay who was shot in the head on Christmas Day during a robbery in Antigua is back in Devon.
Thirty-seven-year-old Christopher Tester was visiting his parents when he was wounded. He was reportedly trying to protect his mother at the time.
He landed at Exeter Airport at about 22:00 on Monday night before being transferred to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.
Campaigners are holding protests at train stations in Exeter and Taunton this morning to oppose the latest increase in rail fares.
Rail passengers are facing higher fares across the UK as average price increases of 2.3%. The increase covers regulated fares, including season tickets, and unregulated, such as off-peak tickets.
Fares have gone up by around 25% since the mid-1990s, and some tickets have spiked by 40% in just a decade, BBC transport correspondent Richard Westcott said.
Campaign group Action For Rail said commuters in the region were sometimes paying six times as much of their salaries on fares as European counterparts on publicly-owned railways. The government said it was delivering the biggest rail modernisation programme for more than a century.

Police say women from central and eastern Europe are being forced into sexual slavery in a rising number of so-called "pop-up brothels" across Cornwall and Devon.
Some 14 brothels have appeared in Newquay alone (pictured) since last July, mainly in holiday lets.
Devon and Cornwall Police said they were sure some of the women were being trafficked by international gangs, and added that officers were determined to stop them.
