Triple amputee Mark Ormrod, who lost both his legs and an arm while on deployment with the Royal Marines in Afghanistan, gives his son a shoulder carry to celebrate a double medal win at the Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada.
Prince Harry, who founded the games, presented Plymouth's Ormrod with the second of his two silver medals, both for indoor rowing.

Rain will continue to move east during the evening, clearing away during the early hours. Some clear spells will develop allowing some isolated mist and fog patches to form in prone spots.

Mist and fog will steadily clear on Thursday morning, leaving a dry day with some sunny spells. Winds will also fall light so it will feel pleasantly warm in the sunshine.

The revamped Tate St Ives is making national headlines today with its reopening after a revamp.
A multimillion project at the gallery is seeing its space for showing art doubling. It is due to reopen to the public later this month.
In its article, external, the Guardian - although calling it "clever" - says it "could have been truly great if local resistance hadn't cramped its style".
However, the Daily Telegraph has given it four stars out of five in a new review, external, calling it "one of Britain's most beautiful galleries".

A schoolboy's legs were crushed by a falling art exhibition at his school, his parents said.
Doctors said the injuries were "like being in a head-on car crash", according to the 15-year-old boy's family.
Promising rugby player Morgan Durant was flown by air ambulance from Penrice Academy in St Austell, Cornwall, to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is investigating the incident. The school has yet to comment.

People who find any jellyfish, or anything that looks like a jellyfish, should not touch them, Plymouth's National Marine Aquarium (NME) says.
The warning comes after reports that Portuguese man-of-war have been seen in the River Dart in Devon.
Hundreds of the jellyfish-like man-of-war have been washed up in Cornwall over the past couple of weeks.
Aquarium curator James Wright confirmed man-of-war were "usually found in warmer Mediterranean waters but, due to tidal behaviour, [it] has been spotted on our local coasts".
He said: "Our advice for anyone visiting local beaches is to be cautious if you are considering swimming in the sea at this time of year, and, under no circumstances touch any jellyfish, or anything that looks like a jellyfish, washed up on shore. Even if the jellyfish appears to be dead, it can still eject a powerful sting."
He added that anyone who had been stung should seek immediate medical attention.

The 50-year-old, from Redruth in Cornwall, who cannot be named for legal reasons, regularly beat his children and raped his daughter between the ages of eight and 10, Exeter Crown Court heard.
The court was told he would also force his sons to fight each other, force washing-up liquid into the children's mouths if they said something he did not like, and shot them with a ball-bearing gun.
He was found guilty of five counts of rape, 11 of indecent sexual assault, one of wounding and 14 of child cruelty over a 22-year period from the late 1980s. He had denied the charges.
Judge Robert Linford described the crimes as "sadistic and wicked".

A man in his 60s suffered cracked ribs in what police described as an "unprovoked attack".
The assault, in Camborne, took place between 21:00 and 22:00 on Wednesday 16 August at the bottom of Tuckingmill Hill.
One suspect was described as a white man, in his early 60s, wearing a navy blue baseball cap, turquoise hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The second man was also white, in his late 20s, and wearing dark blue tracksuit bottoms and a black body warmer with a T-shirt underneath.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

A body has been recovered after the capsizing of a fishing boat off Plymouth last night, the Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) has said.
A fisherman has been missing since the vessel, the Solstice, overturned near the Eddystone lighthouse last night.
The alarm was raised when the boat failed to return to its home port.
Skipper Nick Jones and crewman Chris Wonnacott were found clinging to the upturned hull of Solstice at about 01:00 and taken ashore, but the search for the skipper's father, Tony Jones, was later suspended.
The MAIB confirmed "a body was recovered".
A paedophile policeman who posted internet images of his private parts to US detectives posing as a 13-year-old has been spared jail partly because he has bipolar disorder.

He was jailed for eight months, suspended for two years.
Exeter Crown Court heard Fulcher, of High Road, Crediton, Devon, suffers from bipolar disorder which made him "feel invincible" and drew him to risk-taking behaviour.
Judge Geoffrey Mercer said he had "no doubt" about giving Fulcher a suspended sentence.
He said: "You have lost your career and your marriage and your personal life is in disarray, but above all I have read reports on your mental health."
Residents living near a school in Devon are calling for a CCTV camera to monitor what they describe as "constant antisocial parking" by parents.
They claim when people drop children off and pick them up at Kingskerswell Primary, they are blocking drives, parking on corners, and generally causing problems.
The school has declined to comment.

An 80-year-old man has been charged with indecently assaulting girls and boys under the age of 14.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the 11 counts related to allegations of historic abuse.
The man, from Plymouth, has also been charged with one count of indecent assault on a woman over the age of 16.
He is due appear before Plymouth Magistrates' Court next month.

A fisherman missing since his boat capsized off Plymouth last night is confirmed to have died as a result of the incident.
Two other crew members were rescued from the upturned hull of the Solstice several hours after the alarm was raised when the boat failed to return to its home port.
