  1. A39 closed after serious crash

    A section of the A39 between Truro and Falmouth is closed after a serious accident overnight.

    Several people were trapped in vehicles following a crash just before midnight, and had to be cut free by fire crews. Their conditions are not yet known.

    The road is shut between the Devoran and Treluswell junctions.
