Traffic is queuing in Newquay on the the A3075 between the A392 at Trevemper Road and High Lanes due to a serious accident between a car and a cyclist.
Lanes around Crantock and Cubert are all blocked.
A police cordon is in place and the air ambulance is at the scene.

A man has collapsed on Dartmoor after a "suspected stroke", the National Police Air Service has said.
The Exeter branch of the force conducted a search of the area earlier.
Police, ambulance and air ambulance also attended.

In Newquay, the A3075 is blocked between the A392 Trevamper Road and High Lanes due to a serious crash between a car and a cyclist. Drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
Police have renewed an appeal after a man and woman were assaulted on New Year's Day.
Four men took the man's scooter with out asking him, and pushed him into the road outside the Waterfront pub in Westward Ho! at about 00:20, police said.
The victim, a man in his 60s, was pushed to the ground and punched in the face breaking his glasses and causing visible injury, officers said.
The woman was assaulted and thrown down a slope outside the pub by another woman, police said.
PC Frank Morgan said: “The four male suspects were described as white, between 5ft 9ins and 6ft (1.7-1.8m) tall, between 20 and 30 years old and all of a medium size build. They all had short styled haircuts and were wearing light coloured shirts with dark trousers. One of the men also had a full beard.
“The female suspect is described as white, 5ft 5ins (1.6m) tall with short black hair in a bob style. The woman was wearing a black bomber/loose jacket."

A man who died after the car he was travelling in was involved in a collision on the A30 at Upottery near Honiton has been named.
60-year-old Robert Duval from Hinton St George, Somerset, died at the scene.
His family paid the following tribute:

A woman is in hospital with "potentially life-threatening" injuries after her car overturned in Monkton, police have said.
Police were called to Old Chard Road at about 10:30 and the woman was airlifted to Derriford Hospital.
The road remains blocked in both directions between Northcote Hill and Viney Lane whilst officers work at the scene.
Any witnesses are being asked to contact Devon and Cornwall Police via 101.

A car has been badly damaged after it crashed into a tree, police have said.
The car had been travelling on the A380 at Kennford and part of the road was closed after the crash, but all lanes have now been reopened.

A coastal zoo is warning people to "tidy up after themselves" after a cormorant died because it got "wrapped up in fishing line, hooks and weights".
It was taken to Living Coasts in Torquay but died before the keepers could save it.
Philip Knowling, from Living Coasts said it was a "shocking reminder".
"A beautiful wild bird has died because someone didn’t tidy up after themselves. People simply need to be a bit more responsible and a lot more careful.”

A 28-year-old man who went missing from Plymouth has been found "safe and well", police have said.
Matthew Edwards was reported missing from the Derriford area of the city on Thursday.
Devon and Cornwall Police have thanked the public for their assistance.

Firefighters are urging people to "think before you park" after a fire engine was delayed due to "poor parking" in Newquay on Thursday night.
Newquay Community Fire Station said the incident they attended had a "safe outcome" but they should have been able to get there quicker.
It is asking people to consider their parking as 24/7 access may be required.

The bus network in Devon and Cornwall has shrunk by 20% in the last three years, according to BBC analysis.
Across the country, the bus network has shrunk to levels last seen in the late 1980s.

The Duchy of Cornwall is "examining" the storm-damaged harbour wall at Portreath.
In a statement it said: "Cornwall Council has already made safe the area around the damaged section of the wall. We are now examining the implications."
A 65ft (20m) section of the harbour wall was destroyed by Storm Eleanor in January.
In January, Joyce Duffin, Cornwall councillor for Portreath, told the BBC the company that used to own the wall went into liquidation in 2015.
"The liquidators weren't aware that they owned the wall at that time, so it now reverts back to the Duchy of Cornwall as all properties do that don't have any owners."

The chairman of a local charity says a new community bus will make a "big difference" to the the people of Wadebridge, in Cornwall.
The £69,000 bus was funded through a government grant and will be used to transport over 50s on day trips as well as children at the local secondary school.
Alan Weeks, from Concern Wadebridge, said it was "vital to the local community".
