A home care business is pulling out of its contracts in Devon after the industry regulator raised concerns about its finances.

Some NHS 111 patients in Devon are to be booked appointments with their local pharmacist, officials have said.
The county, along with London and the East Midlands, is part of a pilot scheme, external which will see people with minor illnesses who call the helpline being sent to a nearby pharmacy instead of seeing a doctor.
NHS England said specially-trained 111 operators could refer patients with minor health concerns for a consultation.
A spokeswoman said pharmacists were clinically trained to advise and offer treatments for a range of conditions including sore throats, hearing problems, allergic reactions, and pain and swellings.
A previous pilot in north-east England found that minor illness cases being referred to GPs from NHS 111 fell from 70% to 40%.

People are being warned to keep their eyes peeled after there was a report of palm oil being washed up on a South Devon beach.
Torbay Council's beach team has investigated the report of the substance - which can make dogs ill - being washed ashore at Babbacombe beach at Torquay.
The team said there may be traces there and warned people to look out for the white waxy substance, which can be contaminated with bacteria and other substances.
Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil used in food, toiletries and as a biofuel - as well as on ships to clean fuel tanks.
Clumps of it can easily be mistaken for cuttlefish bones but have the waxy texture and can give off a chemical like smell.
It can be washed up during storms in large chunks, or broken down into smaller pea-sized amounts.
