    Jack Winstanley
    BBC Berkshire Sport Reporter

With Reading FC just one point off the bottom of the Championship table, an injury to one of your better performers this season is the last thing manager Paul Clement would have wanted.

It's still not known how long Saeid Ezatolahi will be out after picking up an injury on international duty, whilst John O'Shea and Jón Daði Böðvarsson will undergo fitness tests ahead of tomorrow's game versus Millwall.

It might seem odd talking about six-pointers in October, but with 20th playing 21st, you have to feel this match is vitally important for both sides.

  7. Residents told to put some plastic waste in rubbish binpublished at 15:32 British Summer Time 19 October 2018

Southampton and Basingstoke councils have become the latest authorities to scrap plastic recycling banks.

People were able to use the service to recycle items like pots, tubs and trays but the market has collapsed after China refused to accept the waste.

About 30 banks across Southampton and Basingstoke are being removed by the company operating the service Printwaste.

Residents can still recycle some plastics, like bottles, via their kerbside collections, but have been told to put non-recyclable plastics in their general bin to be incinerated.
