It's been revealed that a wall which collapsed in strong winds, injuring two young children, was recently inspected because of safety concerns.
A four-year-old boy and a girl, aged seven, were airlifted to hospital earlier after becoming trapped under the rubble.
Wychavon District Council says following the inspection, it advised the owner Lloyd Tredell to carry out repairs to the wall.
But Mr Tredell, who owns the wall as part of Bretforton Hall, told BBC Hereford & Worcester a specialist had decided the wall posed "no immediate danger to the public" and he'd get it repaired once the weather improved.
