    Two rail companies running trains in Herefordshire and Worcestershire have been criticised by the commuters using their service about delays and overcrowding.

    Arriva Trains Wales had an overall satisfaction score of just 49% in the survey, by the consumers group Which?.

    First Great Western and Arriva Trains Wales were both also named among the worst commuter services for delays.
