We're only a few days away from May, but temperatures dropped below freezing in the county last night.

West Mercia Police say , externalthe teenager was walking along a road in Buntsford Hill, Bromsgrove when she became aware of a white van pulling slowly alongside her.
The driver asked the girl if she wanted a lift - a spokesman says the passenger laughed throughout the exchange which happened on 18 April at 14:20.
The men drove off when the girl met up with her boyfriend.

West Midland Safari Park, external is today officially opening its new Safari Academy.
The education centre at the site in Bewdley has been designed specifically for visiting schools.
It will feature five classrooms for groups of all ages, including pre-schools, nurseries, university groups and adult learners.
It will offer an introduction into the world of animal keeping.
There is also a five-day course which will have practical and theoretical elements, including information on animal care, conservation work and careers with animals.
The University of Worcester Arena will host a national basketball tournament tomorrow where wheelchair and running players compete in the same teams.

The man in his 40s picked up a fare on Back Lane South, Worcester - he was then assaulted with a "bladed weapon" and took money from the front of the car.

The victim suffered a cut to his hand and was taken to Worcester Royal Hospital.
West Mercia Police say they arrested a 29-year-old man from Worcester and a 23-year-old man from Evesham on suspicion of robbery in connection with this incident - both have been released "under investigation".
The demand on food banks in Herefordshire and Worcestershire is increasing, according to a charity.
Research by the Trussell Trust, external found that food banks in areas where Universal Credit has been rolled out have seen twice the national average increases in referral rates.
As of last month there were 3,307 people in Herefordshire and Worcestershire receiving Universal Credit.

For those - like me - who aren't totally au fait with the ins and outs (excuse the puns) of the new T20 competition, here's how it'll work.
A Redditch man who brandished a knife during a drunken argument in the street, threatening to kill his partner in 20 seconds , externaland then beginning a count down, has been jailed.
Worcestershire County Cricket Club have given their backing to the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) proposals to change the T20 to a new city-based competition, planned for 2020.
It would remove the right of all 18 counties to play in the new tournament.
