I was a smoker when I was a 19. When I was a policeman I had to go to a postmortem examination on lung cancer. It wasn’t the lung cancer that put me off - it was the condition of the guys lungs. I stopped there and then. Never smoked since

I’ve just celebrated my 11th anniversary of no smoking. 11 years ago I was smoking up to 80 a day for years and I went to see a doctor. I went from 80 down to 50. I went to a stop smoking help line and I had my last cigarette on September 11th 2005 and haven’t smoked since. I’ve got 58 cigarettes sitting in my study, top shelf; I keep them as a memory

I don't think any of them are worth voting for to be honest. 3 at a push but not keen on the broken F.

Number 3 is the best of the bunch but it isn't quite right, a bit dour. What about some recognition of our nautical history?
