  3. Football club's mystery M20 bridge collapse bride foundpublished at 12:42 British Summer Time 5 September 2016

    A mystery bride photographed with a football team while stranded on the M20 has come forward after friends interrupted her honeymoon to tell her she had made headlines.

    Lisa Cobbold, 24, was pictured with non-league side Needham Market after a bridge collapse closed the M20 last weekend.

    The team did not get her name but wanted to know if she made it to her wedding. Read the story here.

    Theory the collie is a gold medal winner - but not in the Olympics - in the dog agility world championships.

    His owner Leah Gardner from Cowden and her pet competed in the IMPCA world championships in the Czech Republic last weekend.

    Among the medals they won were overall individual gold and world champion. Here he is in action.

    Southern, external rail says it plans to run 60% of its normal timetable during strike action by the RMT, external union on Wednesday and Thursday.

    The company says it will use 'contingency conductors' and that there will be extra staff at stations to help passengers.

    This was the sight which met Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn when he came to Ramsgate on Saturday.

    He said the South East would get a £30bn investment package if Labour wins power.

    The M20 fully reopened at the weekend after a footbridge was removed.

    It collapsed last weekend after it was hit by a lorry carrying a digger.

    There was a dramatic end for Gillingham yesterday as they were beaten 2-1 after a last-minute penalty was awarded to Sheffield United. 

    Gills midfielder Bradley Dack put the home side ahead with a first-half free-kick, before Kieron Freeman's equaliser sparked a comeback.

    But it was the Blades who were gifted a chance to win the game after teenager Josh Pask handled in the 90th minute, and  Billy Sharp placed the spot-kick firmly to the keeper's right to give United all three points.
