    A man has died at a campsite in Tunbridge Wells.

    Kent Police say they were called by South East Coast Ambulance Service at 06:14 BST today to a medical incident at the site in Powder Mill Lane.

    Patrols and ambulance crews went to the scene where a man was pronounced dead.

    The death is being treated as unexplained.

    A woman who was unconscious received medical treatment and was taken to a local hospital by air ambulance.

    A British paramedic who was repeatedly stabbed as he came to the aid of a woman caught up in the terror attack in the Finnish city of Turku has said he’s “not a hero”.

    Hassan Zubier, who was born in Kent, said: “I heard a really loud, heart-breaking scream. So I turned around and I saw one of the girls running… the first thing that I thought of was okay, this is a terrorist attack.”

    Mr Zubier went to the aid of a woman who had been badly injured. He was stabbed repeatedly as he tended to her.

    “I’m not a hero. I’m just a human being who cares for other human beings,” he said.

    Police investigating a sexual assault in Ashford have released an efit of a man they want to speak to.

    The incident happened in an underpass beneath Station Road between 03:00 BST and 03:15 BST on Friday 11 August.

    It was reported that the victim, who is in her 20s, was walking to the railway station when she was approached by a man who had been sitting in the underpass.

    He is then alleged to have pushed her to the ground and pulled at her clothes before she was able to escape.

    Anyone with information is urged to call the appeal line on 01843 222289 quoting reference ZY/37355/17.
