Detectives are linking a series of burglaries in New Romney and Littlestone at the end of last week, including one where a car was stolen.
They say homes in at least seven streets were broken into overnight from Thursday to Friday.
An Audi was stolen from outside a house in Mabledown Road.
Electrical equipment, handbags, phones and wallets were also taken, with some items being found dumped nearby.
Police are asking anyone with CCTV footage to get in touch.

The mother of a five-month old baby who died because she needed a heart transplant is calling for the organ donation law to be changed.
Almost two million people are on the register but their family's consent is still needed before a donation.
In the last 10 years 330 people have died while waiting for a transplant in Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
