We'll have more on the announcement by the government that it's to re-examine its policy on transgender prisoners following the death of a woman in a male prison in Leeds.
Vicky Thompson, from Keighley, was found dead in her cell at HMP Leeds in Armley last Friday.
According to Luke Anderson, who was born Laura and began transitioning aged 27, the gender recognition certificate should be scrapped.
His comments come following the death of a transgender woman in a male prison in Leeds.
The chef from Cheshire won TV reality show Big Brother in 2012 and married wife Jamie-Lee two years later. They are now undergoing IVF and hope to become parents.
He says the certificate is a "meaningless scrap of paper", adding:"Being trans doesn't define me and I don't need a scrap of paper to say I'm a man."

He was found on the pavement by an ambulance crew after an anonymous call and was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with a fractured skull. He died two days later.
Anthony John McDonnell, 45, of Whitebridge Avenue, Leeds, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was bailed until 7 January 2016.

About 45 firefighters tackled the blaze at the four-storey Prospect Mill, on Prospect Street, in Thornton, Bradford.
A Bradford Council spokesperson said: "The owners of the building have appointed contractors to demolish the structurally unsafe parts of the mill. Demolition is taking place today and Thornton Road will be reopened as soon as it is safe to do so."
The boyfriend of a transgender woman who was found dead in jail after being placed in a male prison has said she should never have been sent there.
Robert Steele spoke to BBC Look North following the death of his partner Vicky Thompson in HMP Leeds, in Armley, on Friday 13 November.
