Look at these Olympic puppies! This litter of five Chihuahua pups were unwanted, so were given to the Dogs Trust, based just outside Leeds.
Staff there have been caring for them in their first few months, and have named them after Leeds' Olympic heroes; triathletes Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, boxer Nicola Adams, diver Alicia Blagg and gymnast Nile Wilson.
Their sporty names have obviously got them off to a good start in life, as all of them have now found new homes.
Aw, bless!
Quote MessageOur Olympic puppies may be on the small side, but they are certainly mighty when it comes to their personalities. We reckon they could give their athlete namesakes a real run for their money, as they are such energetic bundles of fun who love nothing more than chasing each other around or having a bit of a playful tussle over their toys.”

A murder investigation has been launched in Northern Punjab, after her husband suspected that she was the victim of an "honour killing".
No arrests have been made but officers are investigating her father, who denies any wrongdoing and want to speak to her first husband Choudhry Shakeel, who has gone on the run.
Her second husband Syed Mukhtar Kazam filed a report saying his wife had been murdered because she'd married against her families wishes, a claim the family disputes.
He says he's now facing death threats.

A government report out today on the Syrian refugee crisis says our local councils need to do more to help those fleeing civil war.
West Yorkshire has helped house 122 Syrian refugees, with Bradford taking the most.
But the Home Affairs Select Committee thinks there's little chance of the government meeting its own target of finding homes for 20,000 Syrians by 2020 and say local authorities aren't "pulling their weight".
Lizzie Armitstead says she was "very naive" for not challenging the first of three missed drugs tests until her Olympic place was in jeopardy.
The British world road cycling champion was suspended on 11 July pending disciplinary action but appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
She successfully argued the first of the tests should be declared void.
Quote MessageThe reason I didn't was because it was my first strike and it was very close to the World Championships, so I was travelling to America. I also didn't have the legal advice. It felt very much them against me. I was very naive. I went ahead to the World Championships and I didn't want the distraction."
