Feeling a little warmer than recent days, particularly during any bright or sunny intervals.

Tonight, it'll remain mainly dry but stay rather cloudy with a little patchy light rain possible.

The cloud cover and breeze should help prevent a frost.

Last year the government turned down a trolleybus network for Leeds, but the funding remained available for other schemes.

It's not yet clear how the general election will affect the deal, but Judith Blake, leader of Leeds City Council, says she's hoping for an answer from the government in the next few days.

We'll be with you throughout the day with all the latest news, sport, weather and travel updates.

There've been some cracking sunrises over the last few mornings across Yorkshire, as our BBC Weather Watchers have been quick to spot.
