There's some great stuff floating around on the internet today from organisations celebrating Yorkshire Day, so how about this - nine great bike rides around West Yorkshire, external.
The list has been put together by CityConnect, the people behind the cycle superhighway between Leeds and Bradford.
There are routes to follow all over West Yorkshire, including Hebden Bridge, Harewood House and the Dales.
It's a great way to see a bit more of God's Own County and lose that extra summer holiday weight while you're at it.

A group of children in Maltby, South Yorkshire, have been given a gong for keeping their neighbourhood clean and tidy.
The Maltby Environmentalists won the Excellence in Community Action Award at the national finals of the Tenant Participation Awards.
The group was formed in 2015 by Frieda Brooks to do something about the litter problem on the Abbey Reach estate.
The group has steadily grown and now more than 20 children take part in weekly litter picks:
The re-opening of the Grade I-listed Piece Hall was put back several times since renovation started.
Read MoreMore on the news that at least 60 people - including 50 in Yorkshire, the Humber region and Cleveland - have died in the UK in the last eight months after taking the strong painkiller fentanyl.
Tests on heroin seized by police since November found traces of the synthetic drug, with more than 70 further deaths pending toxicology reports, the National Crime Agency said.
Some contained carfentanyl, which is 10,000 times stronger as morphine and is often used to tranquilize elephants.
Health officials and police have warned heroin users to be "extra careful".
Det Supt Pat Twiggs, from West Yorkshire Police, said: "People are playing Russian roulette with their lives by taking this stuff, that's why we would strongly recommend to the drug-using community to stay away from it."
If you were hoping to buy a weekend ticket for Bingley Music Live this year...forget it. They've all sold out.
The Saturday tickets have also sold out which is bad news if you were wanting to go and see Leeds' own Kaiser Chiefs who are topping the bill that night.
Thousands attend the annual event in Myrtle Park, and this year Bradford Council says the tickets for the event on 1-3 September are "disappearing fast".
Manic Street Preachers top the bill for Friday and the Wombats headline Sunday.
Quote MessageAnyone wanting to grab tickets for the Friday or Sunday needs to do it very soon to avoid disappointment.”

Do you recognise this man? Police want to speak to him after a man hit an elderly woman in the face as he tried to rob her in Bradford:
Detectives in Bradford have released an e-fit image after the attack last Thursday afternoon on Park Road.
A man went up to the pensioner and tried to take her handbag, asked for money and threatened her and hit her across the face.
He ran off empty-handed.
West Yorkshire Police have linked 50 deaths in 2017 across Yorkshire, the Humber region and Cleveland with laboratory-produced drug fentanyl.
This figure comes after the National Crime Agency said a total of 60 people have died in the UK in the past eight months after taking the painkilling drug.
A further 70 deaths are being investigated, the force says.
A total of 60 people - many of them in Yorkshire, the Humber region and Cleveland - have died in the UK in the past eight months after taking the painkilling drug fentanyl.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) says post-mortem toxicology tests are taking place in a further 70 cases where it's suspected fentanyl, and an even more powerful substance carfentonyl, may have played a part.
The "vast majority" of those who've died were heroin users, according to the NCA.
Fentanyl, which is 50 times more potent than heroin, is typically imported from China, and can be mixed with heroin.

Motorists in South Yorkshire are going to be checked to see if they're giving enough room to cyclists.
South Yorkshire Police is launching an operation in Sheffield and Doncaster to see if drivers are leaving enough room when overtaking.
Any drivers found to be going too close could be subject to a follow-up investigation.
The force has launched the initiative after complaints from cycling groups.

It's a story that we keep seeing in the headlines - cities like Leeds are routinely breaking clean air limits and it's very bad for our health.
The government has been warned that it needs to do something about it and could even be taken to the European Court of Justice.
So how do we go about it? One way might be to switch to electric cars, but not everyone has a spare £20,000 for even the cheapest model.
And when was the last time you saw a place you could charge the thing up?
I got curious and thought I'd see how many electric car charging points a place like Leeds has.
Turns out the number is quite high: the city has almost 850 places you can hook up your planet-saving wheels.

With the summer holidays under way, parents will no doubt be looking for ways to keep their children entertained.
Anyone heading to Lightwater Valley, in North Yorkshire, will need to know one of the rides has been closed after a death on a similar attraction in the US.
The ride, known as the KMG Afterburner, swings at high speed from side-to-side while also spinning the riders.
The Health and Safety Executive ordered the re-inspection and temporary closure of similar rides in the UK.
A planned design for a Leeds United mural on the approach to the club's Elland Road ground has been unveiled.
The Leeds United Supporters' Trust raised £4,400 to fund a wall design on the M621 underpass on Lowfields Road.
A competition to design the mural was won by Jameson Rogan, a Leeds-based designer, illustrator and muralist.
More than half of those who voted picked his mural featuring the First Division title-winning team of 1991-92.

A Sheffield MP has told Yorkshire council leaders to "wake up and smell the coffee" over devolution.
Labour MP Clive Betts, who represents Sheffield South East, has released a letter sent to him by Northern Powerhouse minister Jake Berry, external encouraging South Yorkshire to pursue its own deal.
Mr Betts is encouraging Yorkshire's council leaders to back the South Yorkshire deal, regardless of any future Yorkshire-wide arrangement.
He adds that South Yorkshire's councils are already committed to elect a South Yorkshire mayor in 2018:
Quote MessageThe minister has made it absolutely clear that if the South Yorkshire councils do not continue with the implementation of the Sheffield City Region agreed in October 2015, there will still be an election for a Mayor in May 2018, who will chair the existing combined authority - but without any new powers or additional finance."
Clive Betts, Labour MP, Sheffield South East
As we've seen already this afternoon, heavy rainfall has caused flooding in parts of Sheffield.
As those thundery showers move further north, we're seeing some spectacular pictures.
Thanks to our BBC Weather Watchers for keeping us up-to-date with the latest:
Yorkshire's last remaining gooseberry show is taking place today at Egton Bridge in North Yorkshire.
The aim is to produce the heaviest strain of the soft fruit, a challenge which has been undertaken at Egton Bridge since 1800.
Competitors have been growing their gooseberries since March before cutting their prize offerings last night.
Looks like a tense do doesn't it?
