Halifax's landmark Piece Hall has been awarded two Historic England Angel Awards.
The recently refurbished building was named Best Rescue of a Historic Building and overall UK winner.
The UK's only surviving 18th century cloth trading hall re-opened in August after a £19m restoration.
The Historic England Angel Awards were founded by composer Andrew Lloyd Webber to recognise people saving historic buildings and places.
South Yorkshire Police has begun digging in an area of land near Stockbridge Lane, Bentley.

Colin Ford, 55, of Tenter Lane, Warmsworth, was found guilty of repeated violence against a boy who he assaulted with his hand and a belt.
The self-employed welder from Doncaster was given a 250-hour community service order at Sheffield Crown Court in June.
The country's top judge overturned the order at the Court of Appeal and sentenced him to two years in jail.
The court heard Ford's offences were committed against the same child and despite being reported many years ago no charges were made.

The north of England has seen the biggest cuts in government spending over the past five years, official figures show.
Spending in the North has fallen by £696m in real terms since 2012, while the south of England has seen an increase of £7bn.
Labour has called on the government to end its austerity programme in the Budget on Wednesday.
A Treasury spokesperson said every region in England is funded fairly.

A cut to Leeds' long-term house building target has been agreed by city council planners.
Within the last hour, a meeting's recommended a building target of 52,000 homes between now and 2033.
The figure, which is down from the 66,000 homes previously proposed, has yet to be signed off by the council's decision-making executive board next month.
The same meeting also recommended protecting 33 greenbelt sites which had been set aside for housing.
West Yorkshire Police has launched an investigation after discovering hundreds of drink and drug driving test results which were carried out at a forensic laboratory in Manchester could be wrong.
Nationally, more than 10,000 cases involving drugs - including violent and sexual crimes - may have been affected, according to the National Police Chiefs' Council.
The West Yorkshire force has dropped 13 planned prosecutions, while in a further 13 cases, motorists shouldn't have been charged because they were under the legal limit.
There are still hundreds more cases from West Yorkshire to be examined after irregularities in cases from all over the country were found at Randox Testing Services, including allegations of possible tampering.

A nurse from Leeds has been volunteering her skills to help children with cancer in Cameroon.
Rachel Hollis (pictured bottom right), a World Child Cancer volunteer, first visited northwest Cameroon in May and will be going back this month to help with a childhood cancer programme at three hospitals.
Her day job is at the Children’s Hospital at Leeds General Infirmary which has joined the programme - which gets no government funding - as new twinning partners.
Rachel plans to use her next trip to raise awareness of cancer in children in developing countries, with latest figures showing that one child dies every three minutes of cancer.

After getting a lot of interest on social media, BBC Radio Sheffield's version of the Pulp classic Common People has been highlighted by the famous NME music magazine, external.
The song was recorded to mark the station's 50th birthday which was last week.
Hundreds of listeners joined in to help make the video, which was praised by Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker.
Police and ambulance crews were called to Leeds' Trinity shopping centre earlier this afternoon in response to two separate incidents.
A total of six ambulances were called to the shopping centre on Briggate this lunchtime, sparking much speculation on social media over what had actually happened.
Yorkshire Ambulance service says crews were called at about 12:15 to reports of woman who had fallen on an escalator in Marks and Spencer. As a result, the Hazardous Area Response Team was deployed.
Meanwhile, West Yorkshire Police officers were called to reports of an unconscious man on Briggate. His condition is currently unknown.
A care home near York is being investigated by police in relation to "serious" allegations of abuse.
The claims predominantly involve the movement of residents at Stamford Bridge Beaumont care home, near York.
Details of the investigation emerged from a Care Quality Commission report, external which identified "multiple failings", including finding two residents may not have been bathed for more than a year.
The home said it was assisting the authorities in their investigation.
A man has been arrested after a high performance car was stolen from a house in Bradford and its owner was beaten over the head.
The blue Audi RS6 V8 was taken on Friday evening after a man in his 50s had just arrived home in Birchlands Avenue, Wilsden.
He was confronted by four men who said they wanted his car keys. He was then hit over the head from behind and had to go to hospital for head injuries.
A 30-year-old man was arrested last night and is still being questioned by police.
The stolen car has also been recovered and is being examined.
An organisation which helps victims of crime meet the people who committed the offences says 38 people have met criminals face to face in South Yorkshire since the start of the year.
Those behind the Restorative Justice and Mediation Initiative say another 114 people have communicated indirectly with offenders through things like letters.
The figures have been released as part of Restorative Justice Week.

Doncaster Sheffield Airport is continuing to expand with a new route announced today.
From May next year, passengers will be able to fly from South Yorkshire to Antalya in Turkey.
The airport's fortunes have been helped by the new M18 link road.
The road has seen 10 million cars travel along it in the 18 months since it first opened.
