"I'm going to get Christians from all over the UK to buy a brick and tell us what prayer God has answered for them," said Richard Gamble, who is behind the project.
"The idea is that people driving pass this iconic structure will be able to see that Jesus has answered a million prayers".

BBC Local LiveAn inquest has heard how a man died at the Leicester Royal Infirmary after being discharged from the hospital a week earlier when he was treated for sepsis.
Mark Burgin, 48, died from thrombosis in January last year.
The inquest is expected to last for four days.
