Brussels Airport is currently saying all flights are cancelled and planes that have already taken off are being diverted.
A flight was due to arrive at East Midlands Airport from the Belgian city at 19:05 tonight and another was due to leave for Brussels at 19:35.

We're expecting confirmation today that Leicester City will be one of the teams to take part in the USA leg of the International Champions Cup this summer.

East Midlands to Brussels flight stays putpublished at 08:11 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March 2016

To start with this morning - there has been two explosions at Brussels airport.
Smoke has been rising from the terminal and there are reports of casualties.
A flight was scheduled to take off for Brussels from East Midlands Airport at 07:35 but didn't leave. We're expecting more information later this morning.
