    If you're out and about in the county this week you might bump into the new Bishop of Leicester.

    The Right Reverend Martyn Snow is heading off on a countywide tour, visiting children's youth projects across Leicestershire.

    This is all ahead of his inauguration at the weekend.  

    Reverend Snow started in December, following on from Tim Stevens who retired in the summer.

    Detectives have been given more time to question a 19-year-old on suspicion of the manslaughter of Samuel Garner.

    The team of geoscience students at the university set up a dedicated Twitter account for the earthquake monitoring called @vardyquake.

    Yesterday they tweeted that the first two goals Leicester scored caused a 0.4 magnitude earthquake - a new record.

    The third goal, a penalty scored by Jamie Vardy, measured 0.3 in magnitude.

    I love this story about how Leicester City fans are causing mini earthquakes while celebrating goals scored.

    Earlier this season, when Leicester played Norwich, there was a goal in the 89th minute that caused the earth to move to a magnitude of 0.3.

    Well, fans managed to beat that his weekend!

    The tremors are monitored by academics from the University of Leicester, external who've installed equipment at Hazel Community School, 500m from the King Power Stadium.

    There are severe delays and queuing traffic for 10 miles on M1 southbound before J16.

    It's all because of an earlier accident involving two lorries, however all lanes have now been re-opened.

    While Leicester City managed to keep the fairytale going with another win over the weekend, it wasn't the case for Leicester Riders.

    They were beaten 84-77 by Sheffield Sharks in the BBL Championship Play-Off Final, meaning they've failed to win the domestic treble.
