A Leicestershire MP claims it sets a "dangerous precedent" to extend the deadline to register to vote in the EU referendum.
It's been put back until midnight tonight after the government's website crashed on Tuesday.
But Andrew Bridgen says people had been given plenty of notice.
Opposition parties had expressed anger at the events and called for an extension to the deadline, with Lib Dem leader and pro-Remain campaigner Tim Farron saying it was a "shambles" that could affect the referendum result.
