    Entrepreneur and Remain campaigner Madi Sharma said being in the EU gave her access to a market of 500 million customers.

    "98% of the economy is small to medium sized enterprise economy [not large multinationals]. We are mainly locally based, employing local people," she said.

    The trial of two men accused of falsely imprisoning a Measham teenager before she was murdered will continue in court today.

    On Friday the prosecution argued Luke Harlow and Stephen Beadman held Kayleigh Haywood against her will. Something they both deny.

    It was another frustrating day for Leicestershire as their one day cup match against Northamptonshire was almost completely washed out.

    The match had been reduced to 19 overs a side, but in the end they managed just two before the game was abandoned.

    That no result means the Foxes have no wins from their three games and lie second from bottom in the table.

    "BMW, Mercedes and Aldi will be kicking down the door of the European Commission saying we need that British business", so said UKIP MEP Roger Helmer.

    He said the UK is the biggest customer in the world of European exports and it is in the EU's interest to keep a free trade agreement in the event of Brexit.

    East Midlands Trains say they're not expecting the line between Oakham and Corby to reopen today.

    They still don't know the extent of the damage, external so can't say exactly how long the disruption will go on for.

    In a lively debate on the EU referendum, former Chancellor Ken Clarke accused the Vote Leave campaign of "Donald Trump type nonsense" and trying to scare voters over immigration.

    But leave campaigner MP Andrew Bridgen said wages in the UK were a huge draw for Eastern European migrants, particular with the introduction of the national living wage

    I feel like a real bearer of bad news this morning...

    Some people in Market Harborough may have no water supply this morning- those that do might notice they have poor pressure. 

    Seven Trent say this is because one of their pieces of equipment has failed to operate, external. They say a member of their team is on their way to try and fix it.

    • There are no trains running between Oakham and Corby because of a landslip in Corby Tunnel

    So the motorway is actually closed between J23 and J22 but the advice to drivers is to get off at J23A for a diversion.

    Highways England say drivers should get on, external the A42 southbound followed by the M42 and M6 where they can they get back on the M1 southbound at J19.

    Traffic on the M1 southbound is now back to J25.

    Trains have been stopped because of a landslip at Corby Tunnel between Oakham and Corby.

    I have to warn you about an incident on the M1 this morning.

    The motorway is CLOSED southbound between J24 and J22 because there's a man stood on a sign.

    Drivers are being diverted off the motorway and along other routes through Leicestershire.
