    A passenger has been killed in a collision near the Leicestershire village of Grimston. 

    It happened yesterday at the Six Hills Lane junction with Ostler Lane, and involved a Nissan Micra and a Ford minibus. 

    The driver and a second passenger in the Nissan suffered serious injuries.

    They are due to resume deliberations tomorrow on his co-accused, his next door neighbour Luke Harlow, of George Abenue, Ibstock.

    An Action Man astronaut doll is missing after being launched from Leicestershire into near space.

    The original 1966 doll was launched in the county on Sunday to celebrate Action Man's 50th anniversary. 

    It travelled 19 miles (30km) before falling back to earth. A tracker device led the team to a Northamptonshire field but "Major Bob Tom", his space capsule and camera were gone.
